I am imploring your prayers for an upcoming major health procedure

In Jesus’ Name I ask God to please send his Holy Spirit to protect you during the procedure and that Jesus, the Heavenly Physician, makes you well soon.

Without going into too much personal details, this surgery is not associated with my cancer DIRECTLY.

But almost certainly in part associated with the cancer treatment that I have had already to a certain extent.

Also I will need another surgery in 6-8 weeks (and although still not out of the woods here, if God wills that I get through this, naturally I will be back here again asking for your prayer help then too).

Again many thanks for your prayerful intervention.

I said a prayer for you and your recovery earlier this afternoon. You will continue to be in my prayers.

A HEALING PRAYER

O Jesus, Good Shepherd,
You heal the sick and needy. We give you all those parts of Cathoholic’s body which have suffered from illness.

You know what it is like to endure pain. Look kindly on them today and heal @Cathoholic.

Restore them to strength of soul and body. Give Your gift of wisdom to Cathoholic’s physician that he or she may be guided by the Holy Spirit in all they do.

Bless Cathoholic’s nurses so that their hands will become Your hands
as they touch Cathoholic. Bless, too, their medication.

O Jesus, grant us all Your healing grace of love and peace.

I seem to be doing unexpectedly well and will be going home soon!

Getting strength back, able to eat now, and a few other great gifts.

A Catholic Priest came by earlier in my stay and ministered to me with Confession (my third Confession in two weeks) and the Blessed Sacrament.–Praise God (in a latria sense).
Praise for all of you Saints on earth on this thread too (praise in a dulia sense).

to bear our infirmities and to endure our sufferings. For Your servants who are sick, we ask that Your blessing will give them strength to overcome their weakness through the power of patienceband the comfort of hope and that with Your aid they will soon be restored to health.
