for example communion i learned we should not recive in state of mortal sin but what if no one told you that since you was a child neither church explained neither a teacher in shcool is it then venial when you recive it in that way?

Another thing help me understand this afther you answer me to not make multiple pages of these questions and these are

How can i know i gossiped? is it considered sin if you talk to parents about something or someone what s not hurting other reputaiton but actually its truth like for example you talk about

politicans whu corrupts our nation etc etc please help me understand that and before i finish i wanna know if this is also considered sin by talking about family members with family

and last thing is how can i be aware that this becomed sin if you say some sliped bad word to someone is that venial or mortal?

If you truly did not know some act (here, receiving Communion) was possibly a sin, then you should mention it in confession but say that you were not taught properly and did not know it was a sin. The priest will then do one of 2 things:
  1. tell you that you didn’t know you weren’t supposed to do the act, because you weren’t taught, so you did not sin; or
  2. absolve you from the sin.

Talking to your parents in order to understand something better or just have a discussion with your family is not “gossip”. You’re not talking with them to ruin anyone’s reputation, but in order to get your parents’ opinions and guidance and to share you own thoughts with them. This is part of how parents teach children and how families communicate and get along with each other.
Also, politicians and other public figures are in the public eye and they are discussed publicly all the time. It’s not “gossip” because their actions are a matter of public concern. If a politician is committing some scandal, then this is something people need to know because they may not want to vote for him to be a leader. It would be different if he were just some private person who was not running for office.
and before i finish i wanna know if this is also considered sin by talking about family members with family
If you’re doing it out of genuine concern for one or more of your family members, and trying to understand a situation better, then it’s not gossip. But if you’re trying to harm the reputation of one of your family members, then it’s a sin.
Example would be, if your brother got drunk on Friday and you’re worried that he’s an alcoholic and you tell your parents about it because you want to figure out how to help your brother, then that’s not a sin.
But if your brother got drunk and you tell your parents because you’re hoping they’ll get angry at him and prefer you over him and say you’re the better son, then that would be a sin.
and last thing is how can i be aware that this becomed sin if you say some sliped bad word to someone is that venial or mortal?
If you just slipped up and said it without thinking then it’s probably venial because you didn’t have intent to commit the sin. If you still have questions, ask your priest.
