I am requesting prayer for healing

Hey everyone. I started this prayer request thread because I am wanting to be healed of at least some of the medical conditions that I have.

First of all, I would like to request prayer regarding my currently untreated Tourettes Syndrome. I have a mild version of Tourettes Syndrome and so I do not suddenly shout obscenities or anything like that. I say this because many people seem to think that all people with Tourettes Syndrome do this but that actually only happens in people with the severe form of it. I have a mild form of Tourettes Syndrome and my main symptom is the tics. Well, what I mean is that I often find myself shrugging my shoulders over and over and over. Sometimes I do it to the point that I strain the muscles in my shoulders. Anyway, I am just requesting prayer for the healing of my Tourettes Syndrome. It started when I was a teenager and went into remission for several years and it came back a couple of years ago. Please just pray that if it be God’s will, that I would be healed of this.

Second, I would like to request prayer for the healing of my Borderline Personality Disorder and my Major Depression. These two disorders have caused me a lot of problems in my life, including problems with friendships and relationships. Please pray for the healing of these two mental illnesses.

Third, I would like to request prayer for the healing of my feet. I have Tarsal Tunnel Syndrome, a syndrome that causes intense stinging in my feet. I also have Plantar Fasciitis which causes me a lot of pain when I walk sometimes. I also have flat feet which also increases the amount of pain I feel when I walk or stand for long.

Fourth, I want to request prayer for the healing of my Fibromyalgia. Fibromyalgia is a chronic pain disorder and I often have severe pain, sometimes on a day to day basis. Please pray for the healing of my Fibromyalgia.

Fifth and finally, I would also like to request prayer for the healing of my asthma and additional prayer that I would be able to quit smoking very soon as it only exacerbates my asthma. I frequently have trouble breathing and I fear that my asthma will turn into a worse lung condition if I do not quit smoking soon.

That said, most of my problems are neurological in nature. I feel that Saint Dymphna would be a great person to ask for prayers for me if you would like to ask her to pray for me. Saint Dymphna is a patron saint of mental illnesses and neurological illnesses. Please pray that I would be healed of these things, or maybe just some of them, if it be God’s will. Thank you very much.

Lord, I pray for Holly3278. Please help him/her recover from all his/her illnesses. Give him/her the patience needed, keep his/her faith stronger. I ask this through the intercession Saint Dymphna and Mama Mary.

Holly you do carry a lot of difficulty. God bless you for your repeated effort and the faithfulness you always try to maintain even when you find it very hard to hang on.

Thank you Trishie but I am only God’s unworthy servant. I give Him all the glory.

That said, everyone, I was just diagnosed with a sinus infection today and it is somewhat bothersome. If you all will please pray for the healing of this sinus infection as well, I’d appreciate it.

Anyway, everyone I really need your prayers. I just had a massive argument with my best friend which was my fault due to a misinterpretation of something he said. I apologized but at this point in time, he is not willing to forgive me. I am extremely depressed. I am at the rock bottom of being depressed. 😦

Thank you E_7. I never thought of asking Saint Peregrine for his prayers for my healing but now that I think about it, he would be a good saint to intercede for my healing. Thank you!

Everyone, I want you all to know just how greatly I appreciate your prayers for me. Please do not give up. I am feeling somewhat better today now that I have my anti-depressants back in my system. I was without them for 3 days. The other medical conditions are still bothering me as usual though. I am desperate for a healing but then again, if it is not God’s will to heal me in this life, I fully accept that and will deal with it as best I can and offer up all of my sufferings.
 
Hey everyone. I could use prayer again. I have two new skin infections or cysts. I am not sure which they are. I think they are infections though. I am currently taking Keflex for my sinus infection but it doesn’t seem to be helping the skin infections any. I am going to call my general surgeon on Monday as he is the one who always takes care of any skin infections I get. I seem to get them rather frequently unfortunately. 😦

My friend, do not be depressed. Know that he too is human and has struggles with forgiveness as we do all. Pray for him my friend. Take this to Confession this is bringing you affliction and unease, which it sounds like it is doing right now. If you ever need to send me a Personal Message, feel free to do so. School is starting tomorrow and so I will get to the Personal Messages in a reasonable time.
