I am stuggleing with thoughts of suicide.

I listed a Near Death Experience (NDE) in page 1 of this thread where a doctor was struck dead by a lightning and was destined to hell, but was given a second chance by the loving prayers of a complete stranger. In fact the doctor says that she came to an area where very sad souls who had committed suicide had to wait for their natural deaths to occur before they could be judged. Great idea! I’m surprised I have not found much discussion about this topic. Perhaps, I’ll start a new thread to share with others who might otherwise have missed it

My Dear fellow Catholic. Please do not go down this path. I am still dealing with the suicide of my best friend 7 years after the fact. People do love you. You do contribute in ways you may not even know about. Please, I would implore you to talk to a priest, find a confidant to call when you get these feelings. I know you must feel like hell, and that there is no light at the end of the tunnel. God Loves you. Blessed Mary embraces you, even in your darkest hours. We will all pray that The Lord Jesus gives you grace to endure. Can you agree with us in prayer on this?
For the sake of Christ sorrowful passion, I pray The Father has mercy on you, and all of us here. Lord we lift our dear fellow Christian up in prayer to you. And we pray for a miracle in their life.
