I am in the process of researching Catholicism, and I’m realizing that I believe the CC is the true church established by Christ. If I believe the RCC is Christ’s Bride, that would mean I’d have to acknowledge that the Anglican sacrament is invalid. Thus, wouldn’t that require me not to partake in it any longer?

Thank you for your time,

Marie Katherine

Dear Marie,

If you no longer believe that the Anglican eucharist is truly the body and blood of Christ, then it makes no sense to continue receiving it. In fact, since the Lord has revealed this to you, you are bound to forgo such reception. You are in our prayers. Welcome home!
