Not all are well psychologically. I have seen much worse than the above OP behavior in Psych. Wards. I have worked with those that have deliberately practiced evil as well. They too can repent. OP, you can be reclaimed. It is up to you to do that which is required.

Friend, let me tell you, yesterday I had a HORRIBLE day, one of MANY, and THAT after praying for over an HOUR before going to work. By the end of the day I was so upset, so frustrated, so hurt, and so VERY VERY angry, that
I lost it. Though done silently, and begging God to stop the horrid thoughts and feelings I was feeling, I must have thought and felt over 1,000 blasphemies, horrific ones, as well as, God forgive me, vicious and sadistic murderous thoughts.
I am appalled at myself for that, and plan to go to confession as soon as possible.
If you are Catholic, I would advise you to do the same.
If you are protestant, I would advise you to ask God to give you
the Gift of PERFECT repentance for this, as well as His Strength to be able
to avoid doing so in the future.
But none of us here judges you. As for me, especially after yesterday,
I wouldn’t DARE.
