What’s unfortunate is the criticism of this forum member! If you don’t like it, then don’t read it. Simple! True Devotion to Mary happens to be near and dear to her heart. There’s nothing at all wrong with what she posts. Nothing overkill about it, except perhaps for those who have issues with Marian devotion. Now that I have witnessed on this forum. True Devotion’s message is simple. Ad Jesum Per Mariam!

Mark, your exclamation points show that you rail against that which you truly don’t understand. May I mention that I am a Secular Carmelite, in final profession for many years. Our Order is devoted to Mary. One of its very rules is that one have a solemn devotion to Mary. I could say more, but I trust that should be 'nuff said. Maybe back off a bit?

Something not being an official Church teaching and something being against Church teaching are two different things. If St Louis de Montfort’s work was against Church teaching (any part of it) then it could no longer be regarded as free from error on faith and morals and nobody in good conscious could ever recommend it to somebody as a private devotion.

There are perhaps a number of teachings that are being considered by theologians, but Mediatrix of ALL Grace is not a dogmatic teaching of the Church at this point in time, even though some are striving to have the title bestowed. As with the case of unapproved apparitions, one may or may not hold personal belief in them. I would caution folks against spreading this as solid teaching until the day when - and if - the title may be fully approved.
That, my friend, is ALL I have been saying, yet folks seems to be up in arms over this. Can we please let it drop?
