I don't ask often, but can you pray for my surgery?

A week ago, I boy lost control of his footing in the ocean and crushed my tibia. I couldn’t get out of the water because I could not put weight on my leg. My son held me above water, the the same boy could not get control and knocked into my son. I was under water again. Finally, 2 ladies saw me in distress and helped me drag myself higher on the beach. God bless them and my son forever.

I had emergency surgery only to put leg in traction. The bone below the knee was crushed. I had to fly about 13 hours home in a 20 lb. transaction device screwed into my femur and tibia. Surgery is scheduled for next week.

Thanks for the prayers, and please offer prayers to those worse than me.

Dear Jesus, I offer sincere prayers for the success of the OP’s surgery. Please help them heal and recover and be in as little pain as possible; please help and guide the doctors, nurses and medical staff to all do a great job; and please make the OP and his family calm and free from anxiety during all of this. As requested by the OP, please also help those who are ill and having surgery and are worse off. In Jesus’ Name I humbly pray. Amen.
