I don't know how to heal from past sexual abuse

Dear OP,

I am sorry for your pain and like everyone else, I thing you are showing great courage.

However, I am going to go against the tide and suggest you don’t tell your counscellor too much yet. Get to know him/her. Make sure this is a loving, understanding and supportive person before opening up. You will be making yourself vulnerable and you need to make sure you are trusting the right person.
