::Falls off chair laughing:: Good way to jab the fellow! I’m all for putting Christ back into Christ Mass, but I canNOT stand the rigorists who go into conniptions when someone mentions Santa Claus or Christmas trees. Best way to handle someone like this is a dose of humor!

I had a pentecostal friend that hated santa claus and christmas trees. She once told me that if you rearrange the letters in SANTA it can spell SATAN. I responded that if you spell GOD backwards it spells DOG, so what’s her point?

Back on the topic, sort of: I noticed my mom wrote on a card to my now fallen-away-Catholic godfather, “Happy Holy Days”, in response to his “Happy Holidays” card. Good call, that.
