I feel i am losing faith

That’s not faith.

Even the devil believes in God

As some one already posted, faith is a gift from the Holy Spirit.

In other words, faith is the revelation of God himself to the individual, however that may happen.

The most we can do is be open to God and ask for this gift

It sometimes takes a soul his entire life to come to full faith in God.

In all, pray for the gift of faith

Don’t worry about belonging to the right religion and having the will power to keep yourself out of hell.

There is more to God’s mercy than all of this.

I have this prayer in one of my prayer books, and I found it helpful during a time that was difficult for me to understand why things were as they were.

Might be a spiritual aridity and a temptation. I wish you well.
 
Definitely read The Screwtape Letters if you haven’t already. Faith in a period of dryness is the most powerful; “My God, My God, why have You abandoned Me?” It hurts, it’s scary, and it’s dark, but you are not alone and you are loved, even if the feelings are numb. Faito, my friend. St. Anthony, pray for us!

There is one important obviation to this: humans are social animals. So there’s the problem of meeting others, both a need and a commandment, and in the ensuing dynamic given the inherent wealth of both persons you’ll probably be left guessing what’s happening…That takes years. I even think “loosing faith” will have a social dimension more times than it has a personal dimension.

You’re a lucky bird to be on this forum. When I was your age the catholic community around me didn’t have all the apologetic abilities you’re getting here.
