I Feel Uneasy about Marian Veneration

I’ve seen converted Protestants who didn’t have an issue with Marian devotion.

Yep. I’m another one. I’m a convert who loves praying the Rosary and talking with Mary.

I was where you are when I converted.

BY FAR I wish I had read Fulton Sheen’s “The World’s First Love” the Scott Hahn’s “Hail Holy Queen” years before I actually read them.

My advice is to leave the St Louis de Monfort/Ligori books for way later, they are written in a specific devotional style that can be a turn off when one is just getting to know Mary. (And yes, I expect the people who will disagree with me).
