Seriously! My husband is ostensibly anti-Catholic and regularly makes unpleasant and negative comments about the faith. He also makes it as hard as possible for me to attend Mass.

But yesterday he sat through an entire talk by Fr Larry Richards, and said he felt inspired to get out the book I gave him written by Fr Larry.

What’s going on? I hardly know what’s going to come next, mean comments or interested questions…

well, I certainly hope it’s the latter.

pray to the holy spirit to open his heart and allow him to be receptive to the truth

Just pray and be still, and let God be God.
If something is happening in your husband’s heart…

PRAISE GOD! Wow. I sure know where you are coming from 🙂
I don’t know whether to be envious, or super happy for you…

(I’m super happy)

Let’s pray today that all unbelieving or anti-Catholic spouses have a conversion.

Peace!

What’s going on?? The Holy Spirit is working in your husband. Give him the book and stand by to answer questions (ignore the negative comments) and pray, pray, pray! 👍

I agree with everyone else. It sounds like the Holy Spirit is working to open his heart.

Pray, be gentle, don’t push.

Let God do the work from here and only listen to what your husband says about his experience.

Jim
