Woah i never knew i can say that that s first time i hear so i just say at eny time i am My jesus or my mother mary? like could i do this in my mind

Prayer does not have to be said aloud, but it can be silent in your mind.

The Our Father begins with an acknowledgement of God. That is an essential part of every prayer, turning yourself toward God, or Jesus, or Mary or the saints. The mystery of God can fill your prayer if you consider his fatherly love and the holiness of his name.

And that is just the beginning of prayer! You will find evn more as you continue in prayer.

That s great in my mind moustly helps if i am outside right if someone works its best to do it in your mind correct or somewhere else? you know i mean while you re around many people and stuff

A former pastor of mine recommended starting the day by reading the Responsorial Psalm from Mass for the day first thing in the morning, then repeating the antiphon throughout the day - anytime you pause, switch tasks, etc. Of course, you could do that with any short prayerful phrase. It’s a great practice to keep yourself in the proper mindset throughout a busy day without taking long breaks for formal prayer that may not be possible.

does that mean afther mention lord prayer to last one i can repeat that again?

Unless you’re praying in a group, you can repeat as often as you like. If you’re praying with others, follow the pattern they expect.
