I have chosen my patron saint

I have finally chosen my patron saint, and I choose St. Therese of Lisieux. She had lung problems, I have lung problems…plus, I keep noticing things about her that I like as I study Catholicism.

Is there any special prayers or things I can do?

I know she is a popular saint, but I feel a connection with her.

Just some suggestions; Have you read any of her books. The story of a Soul? Have you done a novena to her?

I also agree with Toni, a beautiful Saint. I have the book Story of a Soul, I’m about 1/2 way through it, its been a joy to read. Also check out EWTN’s website, they have a lot of info on her such as biographies, novenas, etc. I have a statue of her (7 or 8") she looks so serene, I also gave one to my mom as well.
