Let’s face it, most anyone who uses a computer sees that statement that was in the title. Is it lying if you don’t want to read all of the long, boring pages of legal papers?
It’s been crossing my mind lately, and I have been reading some of the sentences in the Terms and Conditions (it never says, 'I have completely read…"). So, is it a sin if you don’t have the time to completely read a 36-page document on purchasing apps for your smartphone, but still say you’ve read read and accept them? I always like to think, “I accept to be bound to these terms if I’m ever to be found in court over them or otherwise asked by someone.”
