I just bought the prettiest headcovering!

All designed and hand-made by a Jewish lady in Missouri. I bought the Adah black and silver lace kerchief (Mimkhatah). Plan to wear it at the next TLM I attend.
It only cost about $20 including shipping.

It’s really lovely, and also understated. So just thought I’d share this.

I love the idea of headcoverings. It seems like a veil would keeps one’s eyes focused on the Mass, instead of being distracted by peripheral vision. That’s only one reason. The church I have been attending has many women, and young girls, who wear them.
 
She does have nice things. I have several items from her and I’m planning on getting something new for Easter this year.
 
Headcoverings by Devorah has gorgeous things. I’ve been hinting at my husband for months. 😉
 
I was thinking of getting something from her as well. I really like the look of the tiechels/scarves. But I have pretty short hair, around chin length maybe a little longer. So I was wondering if they will work for short hair, if so what length of tiechel and if anyone could recommend a fabric. Thanks.
