Not to my knowledge, no. You will, by virtue of pious pilgrimage, increase in faith and grace, but there is no “special” grace that one gets just from visiting the shrine. One can visit them as a tourist and recieve no grace at all.

For me, a refreshing spiritual kick. Pilgrimages can be quite rejuvenating if I’m suffering from a dryness of faith.
