Today, I had to do something because someone who works for my Church asked me to. In order to do this thing, I had to leave Mass five minutes early. I stayed in the part of the building next to the Altar until the final blessing, then went down the hallway. I don’t think I technically left the Church building until Mass ended.

Is this wrong/a sin? Does this count as a valid reason to leave Mass early?

You’ve said in previous posts that you may be scrupulous, so what you need to do is ask this question to a Priest. CAF won’t be able to help you, you need to speak to people offline who are qualified to do so.
 
I think this is a question best put to your spiritual director or confessor.

What makes it difficult to answer is you do not give the reason why you left Mass early. That reason may be confidential and it should, therefore, not be shared with us. Equally, not knowing the reason makes it impossible to comment.

If we take two extreme examples. If you are a doctor and someone had suffered a cardiac arrest in the parking lot then you must leave Mass and go to attend to them. But, if someone wanted you to ensure the biscuits were pleasingly displayed on plates in the parish hall for the after-Mass coffee that would not be a good reason to leave ealy.
 
I had to do something for the kids in my Church after Mass. I didn’t want to leave early but the people I was with wouldn’t let me stay.
 
I suppose it depends on what you had to do for those children. It does sound like it was not urgent.

It is not up to other people in the pews when you leave Mass.
 
I think they thought it was OK because someone who worked for the Church asked me to do this. I am 15.
 
Well being 15 is a difficult age to be disobeying your parents. However, obedience should never be blind. We cannot obey anyone who tells us to do something that is wrong.

I think the most commendable and important thing is that you want to stay until the end of Mass.

Perhaps a discussion about this with your parents at a suitable time in a calm manner would be something worth doing. You say you think they thought … We don’t always get it right when we assume what others think.

An employee or volunteer at the church may have asked you to do something but they may not have wanted or expected you to leave Mass early. They may have know it was unnecessary. So your parents may also have jumped to a false conclusion believing it had to be done before Mass was over.

Confusion is best avoided when people talk to each other and not assume they know what others thinks or expect.
 
I really think you need to discuss scrupulosity with a priest. Your threads indicate you are heading down that path.
 
Yes, OP please speak to a Priest instead of torturing yourself online.

I refer you back to what I said above about not assuming people will understand if you are not clear.

It is certainly better to direct questions about confessions to confessors.

There’s nothing wrong with asking questions, but it does seem like you are seeing sin everywhere where there is none. You say you aren’t scrupulous “anymore.” It’s just concerning, that’s all.
