I know you can't see God face to face while still alive but can you see the Holy Spirit?

If Yes how? How do you receive the Holy Spirit?
The Holy Spirit is received in every Sacrament (Holy Mystery) by the one that is properly disposed.

Due to Perichoresis (reciprocal existence in each other of the three persons of the Trinity), when the Holy Spirit is received so is the Holy Trinity.

Through the Sacraments.

I’ve never heard of an approved apparition of the Holy Spirit outside of at the baptism of Christ.

Who told you we can see the Holy Spirit?

Nobody told me you can. It just sounds like a pleasant experience almost like the goal of faith like seeing God face to face in heaven.

We all yearn to be in the literal presence of the Holy Trinity in heaven. As one wise priest told me, that yearning will help each of us to better refuse sin

The Holy Spirit does not have form and can not be seen, except in the sort of metaphorical ways that have been mentioned above or that were described in the Bible (the Holy Spirit has appeared in the form of “tounges of fire” for instance).

‘If you then, though you are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him!’ - Luke 11:13
