Over the last year I have been a very nominal Catholic. “I’ll do better later”, I’ve been telling myself and God in total presumption. Now I want to turn around yet again to my God. The wake up call was a sin committed consensually between myself and a dear friend. Exacerbating my sin, was the fact that said friend was on the fence about joining the Church. Using apologetics, I convinced her to come home. She was Confirmed a month or so ago. Then this happened between us. I am devastated that I have caused a rift between my friend and God, the same friend I helped to find His Church. I have undone my work and His work. I have also not heard from my friend except for once or twice since, where we had been speaking a few times a week. May the Lord have mercy on us both, draw us to Himself again, even if she and I no longer speak. Please pray for us both.

Sad to hear this, we all mess up at times,it’s being human that is the cause,
Learn from it, take it on the chin, apologies to those concerned and grow in strength

Everyone messes up. Go to confession and feel the healing power of the words of absolution and feel the forgiveness, grace and love of God if you haven’t already. Do what you can to repair the relationship between you and your friend and I will pray for healing of your relationship and a return to the life of God.

God bless,
Mary.

I pray Almighty to give you strength and power to overcome all the odds in your life.

St. Michael the Archangel,
defend us in battle.
Be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the Devil.
May God rebuke him, we humbly pray,
and do thou,
O Prince of the heavenly hosts,
by the power of God,
thrust into hell Satan,
and all the evil spirits,
who prowl about the world
seeking the ruin of souls.

Amen.

Gracious and merciful Father, please come to their assistance.

Our Father, who art in Heaven, hallowed be thy name.
Thy kingdom come, thy will be done, on Earth as it is in Heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread,
and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.
Amen.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee.
Blessed are thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.
Amen.

Glory Be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit.
As it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end.
Amen.

Go to confession. I’ve got to go myself tomorrow; I’ll offer it up for you.
Asking forgiveness for our sins is never easy, but it’s worth it. I’ll be praying for you. : )

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee.
Blessed are you among women,
And blessed is the fruit of your womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary, mother of God,
Pray for us sinners,
Now and at the hour of our death.
Amen.

St. John Vianney, please pray for this poster and his friend. Help them to find a good confessor and obtain for them the grace to make a good confession.

Hail Mary, full of grace the Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou among women and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners now and at the hour of our death. Amen.

Praying for you and your friend, that your faith may be strengthened, your love may be purified, and your spirits may be healed.

Thank you all for your prayers and kind words. I am praying to be ready for a good confession soon. I have quite a bit I need to surrender to God, changes to make etc. I want to come Home! As for my friend, I continue to pray that my yielding to temptation with her has not so scandalized her that she cease practicing her new Faith. One of the things that gave her pause in her conversion was hypocrisy in the Church. I fear I have only added to her worries. (While i know it takes two to tango…jyst still…yeah.) She is my elder in age by over a decade, but i was her elder in the Faith.) So please keep this in prayer as well. Thank you all again!

Please take this to cofession as soon as you are able:

Ave Maria, Gratia plena
Dominus tecum,
Benedicta to in mulieribus,
Et benedictus, fructus, ventris tui Jesus

Sancta Maria, Mater Dei,
Ora pro nobis, pecatoribus nunc,
Et in hora mortis nostrae.

Amen

Oh My Jesus, Forgive us our sins,
Save us from the fires Hell,
And lead all souls to Heaven,
Especially those in most need of they mercy,
Amen

Hail, holy Queen, Mother of Mercy! Our life, our sweetness, and our hope! To thee do we cry, poor banished children of Eve; to thee do we send up our sighs, mourning and weeping in this valley of tears. Turn, then, most gracious Advocate, thine eyes of mercy toward us; and after this our exile show unto us the blessed fruit of thy womb, Jesus. O clement, O loving, O sweet Virgin Mary.

Pray for us, O Holy Mother of God, that we may be made worthy of the promises of Christ.

Prayer for the Forgiveness of Sins

O Lord, Jesus Christ, Redeemer and Saviour, forgive my sins, just as You forgave Peter’s denial and those who crucified You. Count not my transgressions, but, rather, my tears of repentance. Remember not my iniquities, but, more especially, my sorrow for the offenses I have committed against You. I long to be true to Your Word, and pray that You will love me and come to make Your dwelling place within me. I promise to give You praise and glory in love and in service all the days of my life.
Amen.

Holy Michael the Archangel defend us in the day of battle.
Be our safeguard against the wickedness and snares of the devil.
May God rebuke him, we humbly pray,
and do Thou, O Prince of the Heavenly Host,
by the Power of God,
thrust down to hell satan and all the wicked spirits,
who wander through the world for the ruin of souls.
Amen.

Remember, O most loving Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone fled to your protection, implored your help, or sought your intercession and was left forsaken. Inspired by this confidence, I fly unto you, O Virgin of virgins, my Mother. To you I come, before you I stand, a sorrowful sinner. Despise not my words, O Mother of the Word, but in your mercy, hear and answer me.
Amen
