Do day 25 now or as soon as possible and carry on and be at peace. I don’t think Our Blessed Mother would expect you to go right back to the start. It’s what is in the heart that counts; your intentions.
I usually just apologize for my human weakness in missing a day and double up the next. We live in time but God is outside time and I think our sincere intent and acknowledgement of our weakness is worth more to him than that we are perfect in execution.
It’s happened to me before, or sometimes I’ll get cut off from praying a full rosary for some reason, so I just try to make it up as best I can as soon as possible.
I really do enjoy the 54 day novena, it is difficult but worthwhile.
Simply double up on the next day and say 2 Rosaries. Ask God to please back date the one to yesterday. He can do that, human time means nothing to him.
And don’t feel bad. The first time I did a 54 day Rosary Novena I got something like 33 days behind. I did finish all the Rosaries by the end date in October but I had to say like 13 Rosaries in one day to finish. The additional prayers I didn’t get done till Thanksgiving weekend in November. I did a lot better on my second one.
