I need a citation for Augustine

Can someone give me a citation for this quote:
“I would not believe the holy Gospels if it were not for the authority of the Holy Catholic Church”
 
St. Augustine, Against the Letter of Mani Called ‘The Foundation’ 5:6, AD 397.

If you should find someone who does not yet believe in the gospel what would you [Mani] answer him when he says, “I do not believe”? Indeed, I would not believe the gospel myself if the authority of the Catholic Church did not move me to do so.

He wrote a number of letters in 397. I would like to read the one you refer to. I realise the quote comes from a letter St Augustine wrote against the Letter of the Mani but who did St Augustine write his letter to?
