If you look at the Vatican website, the English version they have is the translation from the Canon Law Society of America. They give the ISBN number, which I typed in on Amazon to find this version:
The translation I have is from the Canon Law Society of Great Britain and Ireland in association with the Canon Law Society of Australia and New Zealand and the Canadian Canon Law Society. It is much less expensive (at least for used copies):
For the Commentary, you can actually get one that contains the full text of the Code and thus will take care of 1 and 2. The one from the Canon Law Society of America is the one I most frequently see on people’s shelves:
For Catholic moral theology, I like Germain Grisez’s three volume series “The Way of the Lord Jesus” (Vol. 1, Vol. 2, Vol. 3). These books appear to be out of print (and thus are being sold at very high prices on Amazon), but someone has handily put the full text online:
For items 1 and 2 I prefer the English translation of University of Navarre’s commentary called Code of Canon Law Annotated from Midwest Theological Forum. It includes both the Latin and English translations as well as commentary and references to other documents.
For the moral theology book there’s not as much help I can provide there. I have a couple but haven’t been impressed with them. So unimpressed I can’t even think of the titles or authors.
