Hello all. I’m trying to remember the name of an older movie, and maybe you folks can help me out.
It was set in World War II. The Allies find their spies keep getting captured. They decide to start a misinformation campaign by purposely giving false information to a member of the spy school who is just shy of making the cut. They send him to get captured knowing that he’ll eventually break, but not so quickly that the Axis will think it’s a trick. The problem is that during his training for the mission he fell in love with a female overseer and because of her he refuses to break when captured and tortured.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
By the way it was a lower-budget film, and it really came off more as a play than a film, but I think any of you who enjoy WWII films like me might find it worth watching.
