I Need Help

I know this certain text exist in the bible but i just forgot the verse (forgive me, it might not be exact) “The son does not act on his own unless what the father does same with the father who does not act unless what the son does.” can somebody give me the verse?

Hmm, i need the solid verse that really means that the father is dependent on the son as much as the son depends on the father or that plainly, the father does what the son does and vice versa.

is there such verse? am i asking too much?

to put it simply, i am typing a commentary on the trinity to give to my JW friend.

They use this argument–*"Jesus gave them this answer… 'the Son can do nothing by himself; he can do only what he sees the Father doing.” *

I want so see if there is a verse that the father is as much dependent on the son as the son is to Him (based on this verse).

Thanks for the answer, but i am very well acquainted with the reasoning of the JWs and they would simply say, *“the authority is still the father’s-- and the fact that that he was the one to give his son the authority to judge, the father is still superior and the son is still subject to the father”

I know, I’m not helping much… The thing is, the Son is obedient to the Father. That doesn’t make Him less.

You probably want to read stuff from the Fathers against Arianism, like St. Athanasius’ stuff.
