I need prayer

I am in a situation that is very difficult. I cannot disclose any details, but I am hurting very deeply. I have spoken with my Priest, and his guidance has been helpful. I am still very withdrawn to my own feelings of what to do. I am very confused. It does involve a confusing mental treatment by my husband, I am so perplexed and have not a clue which way to turn. I have been praying for guidance, but I feel like I am withdrawing from my own feelings. I am so numb today. I will continue to cling to the cross, but I do need your prayers as well. sambfive

Lord, please help sambfive to weather this difficult storm that is before her. Help her to see that you are always with her, she isn’t going through this situation by herself. Lord, please grant Sambfive strength and courage to deal with her feelings. Send her your Holy Spirit to help her to discern what she should do in this difficult situation she is in. May she keep steadfast in her faith, strong in her hope in you, and keep strong in her love for you and for her husband. She is perplexed and needs some clarity. Please have her guardian angel enlighten her and guide her in all her steps. Thank you, Lord, for hearing my prayer. Amen.

You sound scared and shocked. Be sure that you are in my thoughts and prayers.
I ask the Lord and the Angels to protect you.

Hello to my Dear Friends and Prayer Warriors,

Your prayers have been heard and things have turned around for the better. My husband has been kinder and we are trying to get back on the right path. I apologize for not writing sooner, I have had a terribly busy week. I got to get on the forum only 5 minutes this morning. Thank you for all your prayers, how very touching they were when I read them.

I went to our noon Mass today, and received the Holy Eucharist. I am going to try to spend time tomorrow in adoration of the Blessed Sacrament, before Choir, (weather permitting), it is nasty with high gusty winds today. I have examined my own heart and asked our Blessed Mother to show me how to pray. I have asked the Holy Spirit to guide me, too. Jesus has been so good and kind to me. I have been praying for my husband and family. I offered the challenges we are facing up to Christ during the Mass. So I know your prayers were so helpful and I am so deeply touched. God Bless each of you. I will be praying for all of you as well. Sincerely sambfive:signofcross: Oh, if you get a chance or think of it, please pray for my mom, they found skin cancer, but it looks like the basal cell, the non-threatening. Lord, I thank you for improving Sambafive’s situation for her. I ask that you still help her situation continue to improve. Help her husband always to be kind and affectionate toward her and help her to always be steadfast in her faith, patient and loving in her pain. Also, would you please send healing to Chat, who is suffering from a non-threatening skin cancer. Thank you for not giving her a life-threatening cancer, Lord. I am grateful for this and ask that you bring Chat closer to you through her suffering from her cancer. Thank you, Lord, for hearing my prayer. Amen.

*Praying for your marriage, sam. It sounds like things are improving, praise be to God!! I’m so happy to read that. Also will say a prayer for your mother. I had basal cell, and it’s really easily treatable…just annoying to go through! lol

Hello to All!

This is an update on my Mom’s skin cancer. “Chat” had an excellent report. All the places found on her by the dermatoligist were basal cell. (Sorry for the spelling). Anyway, Mom sounded great when I called her this evening. She was so relieved. The Doctor is going to do surgery on the one they found on her ear. Please continue to remember Chat, please pray that there won’t be anything more serious, when her ear is operated on. Thank you for remembering my sweet Mom. I told her we were praying on this forum for her; it really blessed her to know that folks she hasn’t met are praying for her. She said “tell them to keep praying for me”. She is so cute. She is 74 and I cannot keep up with her. lol.Thanks again for the prayers!
