Mother Mary, St. Joseph, St. Dymphna, please intercede for Holly. Please ask our Lord to send angels to comfort Holly and ease the pain and physical, emotional, and spiritual problems she is dealing with at this time. Mother, please ask the Lord to especially help with her asthma and bronchitis and the pain in her ankles. Please ask him to give her strength and courage and fill her with his healing light and love. Amen.

Hail Mary, full of grace. The Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou among women and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary, mother of God,
Pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.
Amen.

Our Father, who art in heaven.
Hallowed be thy name.
Thy kingdom come.
Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses,
As we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation,
But deliver us from evil.
Amen.

St. Michael the archangel, defend us in battle.
Be our protection against the wickedness and snares of the devil.
May God rebuke him we humbly pray.
And do thou oh Prince of the heavenly host.
By the power of God, cast into hell Satan and all evil spirits who prowl about the world seeking the ruin of souls.
Amen

Glorious Archangel Saint Raphael, great prince of the heavenly court, you are illustrious for your gifts of wisdom and grace. You are a guide of those who journey by land or sea or air, consoler of the afflicted, and refuge of sinners. I beg you, assist me in all my needs and in all the sufferings of this life, as once you helped the young Tobias on his travels. Because you are the medicine of God, I humbly pray you to heal the many infirmities of my soul and the ills that afflict my body. I especially ask of you the favour to aid Holly3278 with her health and the great grace of purity to prepare me to be the temple of the Holy Spirit. Amen.

Our Father. Hail Mary. Glory Be.

St. Raphael, of the glorious seven who stand before the throne of Him who lives and reigns, Angel of health, the Lord has filled your hand with balm from heaven to soothe or cure our pains. Heal or cure the victim of disease. And guide our steps when doubtful of our ways.

Hey everyone. I really appreciate your prayers but I would appreicate more prayers.

I am going to Walmart here in a few minutes because I need to get cat food for Precious, batteries, trash bags, light bulbs, and some ramen noodles. Its about a 20 minute drive from here to get to Walmart and its almost midnight here. I prefer to do my shopping in the middle of the night when I can because I am a night owl and there is less of a crowd. I would appreciate prayers for a safe trip there and back.

Also, I am having some pain tonight and some bad itchiness which is driving me nuts. I’d appreciate prayers for that as well.

In addition, my allergies are acting up and have been doing so for a long time now. My nose is constantly running. For the most part it just barely runs but I constantly find myself wiping or blowing my nose and it is incredibly aggravating. I am also getting some sinus headaches, sore throats, and ear aches that go along with allergies and sinus drainage issues.

I also need prayers for my stomach. I do not have any Prilosec which I am supposed to take every day. Because of this my Gastrointestinal Reflux Disease (Acid Reflux and Heart Burn) has been acting up some. I do take generic Alka Seltzer when it starts bothering me and that helps but I’d appreciate prayers that I can get the Prilosec soon and that my stomach wouldn’t give me too much trouble.

Also, this one is really important. I mentioned it already but I have been having trouble breathing because of the Bronchitis and Asthma. I’d appreciate prayers that my breathing improves and stays good for a long while. I’d also appreciate prayers that I would be able to quit smoking cigarettes as I am certain that cigarette smoking is not helping at all.

I am also having frequent skin infections that I would appreciate prayers for.

And last but not least, I do need prayers for my mental illnesses. I have been very depressed tonight and have contemplated taking myself to the emergency room or calling the crisis line. I have had suicidal thoughts today. I promise I will not act on them though and if I must I’ll call the crisis line or go to the emergency room.

Thank you all so much for your prayers.

Hey everyone. I got there and back fine but now I am having severe pain in my ankles and I am also having a headache that doesn’t want to go away. 😦

And I thought I was the only one that preferred night shopping. 😃

Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who fled to thy protection, implored thy help, or sought thy intercession, was left unaided.
Inspired by this confidence, I fly unto thee, O Virgin of virgins, my Mother. To thee do I come, before thee I stand, sinful and sorrowful. O Mother of the Word Incarnate, despise not my petitions, but in thy mercy, hear and answer me. Amen

Saint Michael the Archangel, defend us in battle, be our safe-guard against the wickedness and snares of the devil. May God rebuke him we humbly pray; and do thou, O Prince of the Heavenly host, by the power of God, thrust into hell Satan and all evil spirits who wander through the world for the ruin of souls. Amen.

Hey everyone. I woke up early this morning at around 3 AM with a very sore throat and very sore ears. I would have posted about it then but my internet was down until just a little bit ago. There was an outage in the area. Anyway, I went to the quick care clinic earlier and I am now on Keflex, an antibiotic, which will help me get rid of this sinus infection. Please pray that I heal soon and that I am well enough to go to Mass this weekend. The nurse practitioner did tell me that I will not be contagious by Sunday.

Our Father, Who art in heaven hallowed be Thy Name.
Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.

Hey everyone. I just woke up. My sore throat and ear ache are really bothering me bad. My throat feels like it is worse than what it was. I can’t swallow without bad pain. My ear ache also feels a little worse.

Glory be to the Father!!!
Praying for you, Holly!
It is true that she said that but I am not sure now. It seems to me like the antibiotics are not working. To be honest, I feel worse than what I felt when I went to the doctor. If the antibiotics aren’t doing any good then I am most likely still contagious. Also, there is no way I’ll be able to go to Mass if I am having all this pain and weakness. I have been rather weak lately and have been sleeping more because of it. Also, the pain in my throat is so bad that at times it almost makes it to where I simply can’t swallow. Earlier I could swallow but with severe pain. Now its getting to the point where the pain has almost prevented me from swallowing once. I hope that doesn’t continue or get worse. In addition, my ears are still hurting like crazy. They feel like they will explode if much more pressure builds up inside of them. 😦

😦 I hope you feel better soon, Holly. 🙂

In addition to these prayers, I also prayed a rosary for you today. 🙂

Thanks everyone for your prayers. I think I am doing slightly better as regards my ears. I put hydrogen peroxide in each ear earlier to clean them out and kill any germs and now my ears are not hurting as bad as they were. They still hurt a little though.

That said, my throat is still very sore and it is very difficult to swallow. Its not as bad as it was earlier today but that could be because I took some pain medicine earlier to reduce the pain in my throat and ears.

In other news, I am having a little bit of trouble breathing today. At one point I thought I might need a breathing treatment with my nebulizer but I didn’t do it and my breathing got better on its own. Nevertheless it seems there is a risk of having an asthma attack although it would likely be a mild one. The Bronchitis is largely gone I think.

And finally I am also having some weakness all over and pain. This is probably a combination of my Fibromyalgia with my illness. My Fibromyalgia often gets a lot worse when I am ill.

I really appreciate your prayers more than I can say. Please continue praying for me and I will keep you updated.

Also, I’d like advice. I am trying to decide whether or not to go to Mass this weekend. My throat is still very sore and my ears still hurt a little too. I am also somewhat weak and having pain all over from time to time. If I take some pain medicine long enough before Mass to give it to time to take effect I should be able to get through Mass. However, I might possibly be contagious still. My nurse practitioner said I would not be contagious by Sunday because of the antibiotics. However, I don’t know for sure if the antibiotics are working. I really want to go to Mass so I can receive the Eucharist. Do you think I should stay home or go?

Hey everyone. I feel like I am a little better but I would appreciate prayers that this good trend continues and that I’d be able to go to Mass tomorrow.
