I need prayers because my health is declining

First of all, I do want to thank you all very very much for your prayers. I greatly appreciate them. I did not go to a Quick Care Clinic today because I don’t feel like driving to one but also because I would much rather see my own doctor concerning this issue. The reason is because my own doctor is more familiar with my health history and so I am going to call my doctor in the morning and schedule an appointment. I did have an appointment this past Thursday which I cancelled because I thought I was getting better but I was wrong. Therefore I am going to schedule a new appointment and this time I am definitely going. If you notice me posting in a manner which suggests I am not wanting to go then please strongly encourage me to go to my doctor. If I don’t, I could end up with a really serious infection. Thank you in advance.

Hey everyone. Its me again. I think my health is starting to get worse. In addition to the trouble breathing which really hasn’t improved I am now having ear aches and a sore throat which is caused by sinus drainage. If this illness progresses as it has often done in the past, the sinus drainage will end up causing me to have a cough in which I cough up mucous. Sorry for the gross out factor there. But my point is that my sinus issues aggravate my asthma quite a lot when they start doing what they are doing now.
 
O dear Holly, ever committed prayer warrior,
you need to get to a doctor…and soon! Your
health its not getting any better and you are
taking a chance of getting something worse
that you can not fight because your body is so
run down. Don’t take that chance! And don’t
wait for an appointment with your own doctor…
get to a clinic or emergency room for your
own good, please. 👍

Hey everyone. Its me again. Today I am not feeling too bad as far as the breathing goes. I am being rather sedentary though so that might be why. But anyway I do have an appointment with my doctor on Wednesday and I am going to go, I promise. 🙂

I also have another thing going on which I don’t think is quite so serious. When I woke up yesterday I had a really bad charlie horse (muscle spasm) in my left calf muscle (back of lower leg). Well, ever since then my calf muscle has been really tight and it hurts to walk. I don’t know why but every now and then (usually 1-3 times every few months or so) I will get the charlie horse cramps when waking up. I’ll start stretching my legs and then all of a sudden I get a spasm.

So anyway, if you all could please pray for both issues, I would really appreciate it.

Hi everyone. I am incredibly depressed. A Catholic “friend” of mine told me that I am not a true Catholic just because I take psychiatric medication. I know I shouldn’t get so upset but I did. It really hurts that someone would judge me like this just because I trust modern psychology. :crying:

medication rattle you. Thank God for these
medications!! If they were not around, think
of all the people in this world who could not
function in their jobs…from the teacher to
the doctor, from the volunteer to the lawyer,
and from the single to the married to the
clergy. I personally thank God everyday that
He has allowed me these medications. Without
them, I may not have ever been able to be the
mother to Shay that I am or the wife, volunteer
and child of God I try to be.

You are such a faithful person to the Lord. Don’t
EVER let anyone take that away from you. YOU
ARE HIS !! ❤️

I do want to say, though, that I give God all the glory for anything good that I ever do. I can’t do it without Him giving me the grace to do it.

Holly, I am sorry but that lady is not your friend! You need to do what the doctors say. Please don’t listen to her.:console: Please let us know how the doctor goes tomorrow. God bless you!

Hi everyone. I didn’t go to the doctor today. I am feeling much better than I was.
 
Hey everyone. I finally got in to see my doctor. I have a lesion in/on my skin and it was getting very annoying and painful today so I went to the Quick Care Clinic. Thankfully my doctor who is a nurse practitioner was working the Quick Care Clinic which is a walk in clinic today and so she was the one who seen me. She was really concerned when she seen it. She prescribed an antibiotic shot which I received at the clinic as well as an oral antibiotic called Bactrim which I have been on before. She also prescribed an ointment that I am to put on the area. I think the ointment is an antibiotic ointment.

In addition to the Cellulitis I also have a Urinary Tract Infection. The Bactrim and the antibiotic shot should help with that as well.

In addition to the above my depression has also been somewhat bad today. I am depressed because of my health and I am also depressed because of my mental illnesses. Thankfully I do see my mental health clinic again on Tuesday. It has been a few months since I have been and I haven’t had any medicine for my mental illnesses because they closed my case due to me missing too many appointments. My case is getting reopened on Tuesday and I should get a new prescription for an antidepressant and possibly some other mental health medication as well.

I would really appreciate your continued prayers. Thank you all so much.

Offer your child protection as she recovers from misfortune,
