I need to make a cross-country trip this week and am terrified

Hello my brothers and sisters in Christ

I absolutely need to ride with a driver across the country on Thursday night and I am filled with anxiety.

I was hospitalized at the end of last year for congestive heart failure and even though it is basically under control now, I am filled with probably irrational fear.

I would have flown but ironically I am even more terrified to fly.

My driver is a very kind bible believing man so I will be taken care of.

This is the pathway to my future of hope – but I just cannot help but to believe that the enemy is trying to discourage me – or that maybe it is really not what God wants.

I am filled with confusion and also fear leaving my parents who are 88 and 84.

PLEASE pray for me 1) that I correctly hear God’s will and 2) that I then have the courage to do just that.

I am so confused and full f fear.

And as always be assured that I pray deeply every day more than once for the intentions of all those praying for me.

Please keep in mind Psalms 91 also. Believe with all your heart that He would protect you, and He surely will. Have a safe trip. GOD bless.
 
I will pray for you. Lord fill this person with the strength to overcome his fears. May he see the world travel as a safe place and may his parents be fine without his intervention. Lord watch over and protect him. May he walk strong in Christ. In your name, Jesus amen!

I intend to leave my home in the coming months.
Please pray I have to the courage to “walk the plank” and do it.
