Lately I’ve been struggling a lot in my personal life and I am facing troubles that just keeping piling up. I feel like I’m at a really low point my life and I have so much anxiety and stress. It’s really affecting my faith as well my relationship with others, as I have so many doubts about God’s love and my frustration is being taken out on my poor family and friends.

Please pray that things will get better, and for my friends and family, too. Thank you, and God bless.
Hello,
I may not understand your situation in detail but i can say that i have also gone through a very low point in my life. It was around the time of my final high school exams, and it was then that i had entered my first relationship. I had always wanted a girl friend but the relationship soon turned bad and in two months we had broken up. Because of the stress during the relationship and my own lack of interest for studying, i also failed my final exams and to top that off, my parents had a fight that led them to decide that they are separating. It was only then that i started taking my faith seriously, and despite the pain, i trusted that God would see me through.
Right now, my parents are still together, and I am in a media college getting pretty decent marks. Unfortunately, I still cannot say that I am a person that does not doubt God when I go through trials, but I do know that I really don’t have a reason to doubt. I guess it may be hard not to doubt when we do not know God’s intentions for letting us be in our situations, but God works in ways beyond our understanding and it is only when we expect God to work in human ways that we begin to doubt.
Prayer is a power gift from God, but remember that we were never expected to just sit around and expect God to do everything for us. The balance would be doing the best we can but acknowledging that our own efforts is not enough and that we need and should be open to God’s guidance and strength. basically, try you best and leave the rest to God. In saying that, try and assess your situation and see what you can do about it, even our strength to simply lift up a fork is a gift from God, so don’t take your natural gifts for granted. Stress is also a big problem for me but I’ve realized that my approach also affected it. Like when something bad happens, i would be far too negative and i realize that i begin to forget about all the blessing that God has surrounded me with, such as my family, house and abilities etc. Our blessing may differ, but we should still appreciate them.
Lastly, God does love you, enough to die for you. But remember that it is not always easy to see how God expresses his love, just like it may be difficult for a child to see the love of their parents, when the parents scold them or forbid them from doing something. Ultimately, God’s greatest gift is God Himself and the eternity we will spend with him, so do not expect this world to be pleasant but realize that none of our struggles are in vain.
Remember that fortitude is a virtue and that Jesus and many of our saints endured and given up for more than we have so don’t give up and smile, because you have every reason to as a Christian. Take care and may God bless you
