Charles Manson was the leader of a cult-like group that murdered 9 people in 1969. Notorious from the publicity this received, he has been seen as the epitome of evil since then. Put in prison for life, he just died in prison.

I was reading the newspaper and saw a comic or cartoon that was saying that the only proper way to dispose of Charles Manson’s ashes was down a toilet. I am relieved that I managed to be disturbed by this. Often I just laugh at the things that we are “supposed to” think are funny. But those funny things are often so tragic.

May we all become more like Christ.

Well, if he expressed remorse with his last breath and God accepted that, he doesn’t need my prayers.

If he didn’t express remorse, he doesn’t deserve my prayers and my prayers wouldn’t be enough to save him from Hell anyway.

charlie has spoken to the ultimate Judge (God the Father) ; i doubt the outcome was positive;

He probably had a mental problem. I don’t agree with the media attention. At ten different levels, who cares?
In the Lord’s prayer and Hail Mary is the word “us” and, to me, that included Mr. Manson and all of you in internet cyberland.

He was a product of his upbringing. He was sent into the system that fails humanity. There are way more potential ‘Mansons’ now. The Texas church shooter is one example. Lord, have mercy on their souls.
