I REALLY want to recieve communion, Please Help!

**Maybe I am misunderstanding **but if this was your first confession in SIX YEARS and you received communion 2 weeks ago that is a mortal sin. **We are bound to confess our sins at least once a year during the Lenten season, **not doing so is mortally sinful. As the other posters stated, only taking the Lord’s name in vain constitutes mortal sin. It is best to not say vile words though.

The above is a common misunderstanding of what the Precepts (Commandments) of the Church require.

While Catholic are obligated to receive** Holy Communion at least once a year during the Easter season **(Ash Wednesday to Trinity Sunday in the US), the obligation to **confess one’s sins once a year **(and not necessarily during the Easter season) applies only to those guilty of grave (mortal) sin.

And as many have stated above, the incident mentioned by the OP is certainly not a grave sin and most likely no sin at all.
