I do so in Thanksgiving for the sacrifice of the Mass and my Communion.

Does anyone else do this?

I try to say the Divine Praises daily and whenever I am at Mass.

I don’t have them memorized and have yet to note them down, I just know them from Holy Hour. I should pray them after mass, but I don’t. However, there will be times during my day (walking through the halls at work, sitting at my desk, driving, cooking dinner, etc.) where I suddenly find myself saying that parts I know. I figure my guardian angel is helping prod me along since I’ve wanted to work on my prayers of praise instead of just petition.

I’ve never heard them used outside of Benediction, and assumed their use was restricted to that setting.

In my little prayer book, it states that is the usual setting for their recitation but it also notes that you can say them any time as a prayer of Thanksgiving.

I say it out loud or in my mind daily. It’s one of my favorite prayers. Also whenever I read (including on this forum), hear or see blasphemy against the God, Jesus, The Holy Spirit, Mary, Joseph, the angels, saints or anything else involving the Church I say it either out loud or in my mind.
