What Behavior First of all I’m not Trying to Convert Anyone cause That’s something they themselves Have to do You can’t Make anyone do anything they don’t want to do plain & simple.
secondly Its Good to Educate yourself on These types Of Cults Because I Love my Family & want to know What they’re been Taught by these Evil people .
However I’m not trying to Convert I have Jokefully Joked with my Grandma about leaving the Jehovah Witness Cult But I know myself No one Can be Converted Unless they want to Convert I have No Control Over anyone’s Choices Or What the Believe in or What Religion they Choose Cause Otherwise My Grandmother & Aunt them wouldn’t Be JW’s If I had Control over Who chooses What Religion .
My Behavior is nothing But wanting to educate Myself Of this Cult I’m sure if it was you & your Family you would want to know more of what They’re into & been brainwashed into Believing .
However This isn’t about trying to Convert anyone They themselves Have to find out what These Cults are teaching I can’t Make anyone Believe anything . But this is Educating myself of The Jehovah Witness Cult so I know what I’m dealing with within my own Family .
So in all I’ve Never told My Granny to Actually Leave The Cult Cause that’s her Choice to Believe & do , But I’m Family & i want to Know what they’re into & Out of Love I want to Educate myself Of these Evil Cults that Destroy Families & Kids its not my Job to try to Convert the Only thing I can do is Pray for them & Educate myself of these Cults .

This is true. Some of them are highly trained. When they found out that I was a knowledgeable Catholic, they sent a highly trained former Catholic out to discuss doctrine with me - special forces - and this guy had a lucid and well thought out response to everything I said.
Its one thing to have then knock on your door, and quite another to stick your nose in where it doesn’t belong. I wouldn’t play with fire.

Why not focus yourself and your energy on educating yourself on Catholicism? Our faith is rich enough to take many life times to understand it’s mystery and truths. Why give even a moment to finding a way to “judge” another religion or find its faults?

I’m already ahead of you in Learning about Catholics & their Beliefs & all .
& what’s so wrong with wanting to know about another religion , would it be any different if I was Education myself of A Baptist Cult ? in which i have family that are baptist as well & I grew up Baptist .
& Jehovah Witness Don’t consider themselves a Religion they see themselves As A Organization so Their not even Considered A Real Religion Or A Religion at all in their eyes.
Judging them who destroy lives & Families so I’m Judging A group of people who aren’t even A Religion & Is Against God been God RIGHT ? They Judge Us as Catholics , They Judge the World they Live in all as been Evil & wrong yet I’m Judging them for wanting to know more about them .

I like to talk about Love in the context of a family, in traditional roles.
First Man desires an object of adoration which is a women
Woman, who responds back with love and affection towards man etc.etc…etc.
The completion of that Love manifest itself in form of a Child.
A complete representation of both Father and Mother.
After explaining the Human family I like to point out in the “greek scriptures” that God IS love
In His Very being He*** IS*** Love, with an act of the Lover, the beloved, and the manifestation of that love is a Person in the Holy Spirit. God IS love is a Trinitarian claim. You can expand on this quite a bit. I did a whole fb note on it. I had some evangelical friends write that they never have heard the trinity explained this way, and now better understand both God and marriage!

Buy Jason Evert’s book about JW’s. He is a Catholic.com speaker on catholic.com website. Very important to really study that book. I have a dozen or so of such books but Jason does best job relating it to Catholicism. READ it several times, commit as much as you can to memory. I have spent several years researching and in truth THEY are the ones victim to scripture twisting, BUT they are *so strong *in their belief.
I’ve been studying this junk for over 30 years: Mormonism, New Agers etc. Do yourself a big favor, buy the books & STUDY!!! MOST of ALL SAY YOUR ROSARY (Padre Pio’s favorite spiritual weapon) & PRAY for the HOLY SPIRIT to enlighten you.

Nothing wrong with it at all, kanzaz. As long as you are well-steeped in the Catholic faith.
Otherwise, they’re going to show you some Bible verse and say, “See! Doesn’t the Catholic Church do exactly the OPPOSITE of what this verse says???” and someone who’s not well catechized is going to say, "
, by golly this JW is right. The Bible does say <don’t do A> and the Catholic Church does "A lot of this and the poorly catechized Catholic is going to be misled.
Example: every JW is going to show the poorly catechized Catholic this verse, “Call no man father” from Matthew 23. It’s going to cause this Catholic to say, “Hmmm…it does say that in the Bible. And Catholics DO call priests father! Yipes!”
So be very careful, if you don’t have the answers to the basic apologetics questions.

Jehovah is an anglicized version God’s Old Testament name, sometimes spelled as YHWH or JHVH. Some people use Yahweh instead. In Hebrew it looks like this: יְהֹוָה But it is God’s name, the God of Israel.

One old gentleman from the JW church has been coming to my door about once a month for years. he is very kind … most of the time. I wished him and his trainee a merry Christmas this year and got a stern look and was immediately informed that “We do not celebrate Christmas”. Sooooo … I asked him if he had a Happy Thanksgiving.
Who can join a religion that doesnt celebrate Christmas!!!? Might as well be an atheist.

Also check out David Reed’s books & info online; also exjwcatholic website (I’ll have to double check that one ???) for JW’s turned Catholic. You will have your eyes opened to be sure.

Well today they came By & I let them in They didn’t stay long , But I did Manage to Ask for A copy of their “New World Translation Bible " & they gave me The Book " What Does the Bible Really Teaches” & the Watchtower Booklets & I told them I’ll read the Books & For them to please come back by next Sunday at 1PM & she was like Sure We sure will & she told me Of I have any Questions to Please Ask them .
So also told me if I wanted to Join A Service they’ll Come by & pick me up To go to A bible Service & she gave me her Name & Number to Contact her .
These People seem very Sweet & Nice & the 2 Girl’s that Came by looks like they were My Age 28 or 30 years old maybe .
It still doesn’t make me want to Join JW Or Convert to JW It only makes me More Curious as to Who these people are .
So I’m going to Read Their Bible & Booklet & then go & read Our own Catholic Bible & The CCC & Get My Questions Down on Paper So next time they Come by I can Ask My Questions …LOL .

I Do Notice that in their Book “NWT” they Refer God as Jehovah & Uses God very little , Its very Interesting to me as how they Refer to Our Jesus Lord To “Jehovah God” Or Just “Jehovah” .

Having a dialogue with JW’s can be extremely difficult because they are taught to flee from any and all challenges. They don’t really do apologetics at all and don’t have the same interest in learning about other beliefs that you can expect from say, Mormon missionaries. Usually they will depart as soon as they realize they are in the hot seat.
One way I know of getting around the barriers that creates is to tell them you are interested in religions and have done some studyin JW teachings. Then, without telling them, “This is what you believe, and I disagree with it,” you can say something like, “I am going to tell you what I understand your teachings to be, and you tell me if I am wrong.” When you put it that way, they don’t jump to the assumption that you are out to disrespect and attack them, and you can open doors that would otherwise have remained closed.

You Just Read my Mind I was thinking of Doing This Same Thing when they Come Back next Week “Sunday” to be exact & just Talk to them Without Judgement or Attacking them I do think If One is Caring & Loving & shows Respect without Attacking them You maybe able to Talk to them A little .
