I think I need to go to confession again

I am thinking of going to confession again even though I went yesterday. I suffer from scrupulosity and have not been the most stable these past few days, and I’m embarrassed and ashamed of having to see my confessor again. I frankly am dreading it and on top of that, I have a whole bunch of work that I still need to do. I wanted to ask for prayer that I wouldn’t exasperate my confessor, that I could make a good confession, and that I would get my work done. Finally, if this is all my scruples and I don’t really need to go, I beg God for clarity and help with discerning this.
 
Saint Michael, the archangel, defend us in battle, be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the devil, may God rebuke him, we humbly pray. And do you, O’ Prince of the Heavenly host, by the power of God thrust into Hell Satan and all the other evil spirits who prowl about the world for the ruin of souls.

Hello everyone. I ended up going to church but instead of going to confession I took communion. While up to the moment I recieved it and shortly after I was afraid of being guilty of sacriledge, I received a deep sense of consolation afterwards. Now that I am looking back I am starting to second guess my decision, but while I thought committed mortal sin earlier I wasn’t completely certain, so hopefully I made the right decision

Prayer to Holy Spirit for Wisdom

Holy Spirit, with the Father and the Son,
you, in the beginning, hovered over

Father help this person over come their guilt. Father pleas forgive this follower of any sins and allow them to walk strong in Christ. In your name, Jesus amen!
 
Prayed that GOD would govern your actions, guide your decisions, and guard your tongue, in Jesus’ mighty name. Amen.
