I think the Roman church might be right

The people on this board might be Catholic but they, including myself, are NOT the AUTHORITY of the Church; therefore you will get a little bit different answers but all having the same ultimate meaning.

The Authority of the Church that Jesus Christ built on Peter the Rock is in fact Peter who passed on that authority to all the other Popes that the Church has had for centuries. Here is a list of all the Popes since Saint Peter, ā€œthe Rock.ā€

The Catechism of the Catholic Church is where you will find that the Church is indeed UNITED; the Catholic Church that is.

I also love this website; Scripture Catholic.

Well people explain things not exactly word for word, If a class read a story and were asked to write an essay on it, do you think they would all be the same ? you would get the same story in their own words, but not over 30,000 different views.

most protestant denominations have gone further than Luther, where do we stop.

I was taught that Mary was just a woman yet even Luther saw her much more than this.

All heresies came from the Bible it was the church who protected the truth by explaining what the scriptures meant.

If the Holy spirit is the same today, yesterday and tomorrow how can we say that for the first 1500 years he was wrong.Because he was either right then ,or changed his mind, or he failed to reveal the truth to christs church.

If anything i have said is wrong and you can explain to me why i shouldnā€™t become a Roman catholic please!! please!! do tell me.
