There is nothing whatsoever in the doctrine of the Catholic Church that suggests you ought not to play the organ at another Christian Church. They are our brothers and sisters in Christ and we all have a duty to cooperate work with each other ecumenically with an aim to Christian unity. On that basis (so long as you can attend a Saturday evening Mass) your playing the organ at a Protestant Church would be seen as a very positive thing to do (so long as you were clear with their church minister that you were indeed a Catholic, and that you didn’t actively attempt to hide this fact from the people that worship there). I have no problem whatsoever in attending a Protestant church service to pary and worship alongside our Protestant brothers and sisters in Christ (of course you must never take Communion there).
