I am considering going to the FSSP seminary the closest church is a hour away and easier to get to I’ve talk to a priest from there before and I asked my mother and she didn’t seem to have any opposition to the idea. But I am still going to look into ICK

Its not up to your mother! You need to do whatever it takes when the time comes, regardless of what your mother prefers.You are still in high school. Take whatever languages you need while there and wait until you are closer to graduation. Talk to someone from the seminary for general things, but its a while off yet. Nothing to get all tangled up in right now.
