I live in College Station, TX. I want good and reverent liturgy. How can I go about requesting a traditional latin mass be celebrated in my community?

Contact the local diocese and make your needs known to them.
 
I would recommend that you first approach the local priest, after you have gathered a group of signitures on a petition requesting the Mass. If you don’t get a satisfactory answer, then contact the Bishop with copies of ALL correspondence to that date.

You don’t need a large number of names on the petition but the names you get should be willing to stand their ground and be persistant but respectful.

This process works. I know, we have used it.
