I want to return! How do I do it?

I’ve been listening to Catholic Answers for about 2 years and it is refreshing to hear true Catholic Doctrine and not the liberal teachings going on here.
I have been away from the Catholic Church for about 15 years. I want to come back.
I don’t know if you guide someone like this, but i tried.
