I want to share what happens at the Mass that we cannot see

The thing is Nelka, it’s all doable 🙂 We are learning from this and it’s very positive and exciting .
 
I don’t see anything positive, the whole thing seems futile, never good enough no matter what we do.

I always used to think how nice it would be to have a vision of Mary or an angel, now I don’t want one.
 
The Virgin Mary said : “Tell all people that never is a man more manly then when he bends his knees before God.”
this is so lovely and so deep like She could have been reminding no one else but me 🙂
 
I once heard a story of a monk who had to pray several years for the souls of his departed friend/monk (who by the way was more virtuous), before that soul could leave purgatory. I recall wondering therefore the time i may have be spend there, i.e if I manage to skip hell. Am Learning though that it would never be by my merits. My efforts to do right may please Him, but only by His Grace n not by my merits, would I get there.
 
I have not read the whole thing but so far don’t see anything about hell. Our Lord encourages us to be perfect…

Be you therefore perfect, as also your heavenly Father is perfect. Matt 5:48

When Jesus answered the rich man’s question about salvation He said follow the commandments. Then He said if you wish to be perfect leave possessions and follow.

But these are private revelations and of course you don’t have to take them to heart.

Lord! How foolishly have I in the past been, searching for ways to summarize my ‘unending’ problems to you during this period, when there was such a simple and better prayer. Not to think of the number of masses where i’v done this :cry:
 
None of us can. Heck we identify as sinners that pretty much rules out perfection lol.

I found it difficult trying to pass a test that had a 40% pass mark let alone one with a 100% pass mark.
 
Yup, private revelation yet is in good standing with the Church.

Nelka I’m sorry you feel so much fear .As someone pointed out your avatar is of the Divine Mercy image ,painted as a saint saw Him. Jesus I trust in You.
When I learned of Divine Mercy day years ago I let go of the worry and kind of fear you have now.I really think you need to concentrate on God’s love of us more.
It’s sad when hearing of your interpretation of something that is both beautiful and hopeful ,and you just garner more fear from it.I wish I could help in some way to lift you up and out of the being anxious,find peace but I think you need to do that your self by talking with a priest.
