I was late to my own Confirmation - Valid?

Dear follower of Christ,

I have recently been thinking back to my Confirmation process; I don’t remember much but I do remember that for I was very late for the Confirmation ceremony/Mass. I arrived just in time to have to run to the end of the line (there might have been 3 persons left to be anointed) or I would have missed even the anointing.

I received a certificate of Confirmation and all, but I’m not 100% sure if having arrived so late may have invalidated the Sacrament for me…

I appreciate your consideration and would be open to any suggested readings on the Sacraments.

Hi,

The sacrament of Confirmation is administered individually. Even though you were late for most of the ceremony, you obviously were one of the last to receive it.
