Icon Scarf Questions

I have a pretty big Icon Corner (more like wall) now and would like to start adding other stuff. Where can I get Icon Scarves and is the any sort of custom/protocol with them? I’m looking for something nice but not too spendy. Also, any other suggestions for things to get for my Icon Corner?
