Icons of Holy Resurection Monastery

I was reading a great article on Pascha at HRM.
If you go to the slide show (half way down) and look at picture 7, is that an icon Mark of Ephesus?

I took a look but can’t tell.

However, Abbot Nicholas is quoted as saying in the article:

"Our Orthodox brothers will see that communion is possible with the Catholic Church while at the same time retaining their own cultural, apostolic heritage from eastern Christianity."

If that is really true, then one would hope they do have an icon of St. Mark of Ephesus in their chapel.

I pretty sure my own Melkite parish has an icon of St. Mark of Ephesus. I’ll have to check again this Sunday.

It wouldn’t surprise me of the monks of Holy Resurrection have an icon of him in their chapel.

I wondered but wasn’t sure.

St. Nectarios is a post-Schism Orthodox saint. Glad they have his icon up.
