Aloejamb, I am so sorry for your loss.
Charlotte, I think you have just brought to us a great example of the type of propaganda that has made a horrible thing like abortion acceptable in our society. Abortion didn’t become legal overnight, it took time to get people used to all these arguments, many times going straight to people’s “feelings”, “heart”. How many times have I heard the argument of incest/rape as a case to keep abortion legal, yet the percent of abortions due to these two reasons (which are still wrong) are so small compared to all the other abortions going on. Partial birth abortion is horrible, its crazy to think that the location of the baby’s head is what decides whether it is something that is ok or murder. I think it is horrible that she is using such a sad situation as a miscarriage, the loss of a child, to try to come up with an argument against a ban on something as cruel as a partial birth abortion.
