Ideas, thoughts, suggestions for a "Year of Mercy" continuous Divine Mercy Novena in the Prayer Intentions Forum

Is anyone considering starting a continuous Novena on the Prayer Intentions Forum?

I have an idea for a prayer intention Novena where I will post the proper prayers in a single post each day, and ask for members to read the novena prayers each day and post their personal prayer intentions through out the day. People will read the posted prayer intentions and pray the novena prayers for that day.

I will post all 9 prayers (1 per day) then start over with prayer #1. But the prayer intentions will be continuously changing through (name removed by moderator)ut from new posters. This is different from the continuous rosary where the Intention is the same and the prayers are posted by different members.

Any comments about this idea.

Below I will show an example of the very first post that will have some instructions and the first set of prayers, so you can see what I am proposing.

Instructions:

Please read the stated prayer intentions for the current day
Make your own prayer intention for this day.
Read the Novena prayer.
Say a Chaplet of the Divine Mercy on your own or with the provided text and images.

Optional: Post a reply to this thread for a personal intention to be prayed for during the next set of days.
Do not repeate the same intention each day as most new members will read 3-5 days back.
A repeate prayer intention ever 3-4 days is fine,.
Repeate intentions can be more frequent if the prayer recipiant condition has changed or worsend.
DO NOT use full names in prayer intention for others. Use first names or generic cousin, friend, sister etc…

@ Im Believing, I just happened onto your first post. I was expecting more posts here, why not? Comments are a good perspective. I will pray and catch up. I am an oldie but a new Catholic. This is just what I wanted to find to help me start to pray purposefully and passionately. Such a tiny seed we are. That is, all of us, but especially my learning companions. Keep posting about how to go about learning to embrace our Church. Thank you.

Thanks for the post, my wife is a convert also, converts seem to have a strong desire to want to explore and learn about their faith.

This idea was a new twist on the regular Prayer Intentions format. Instead of stating a prayer intention in the first post and asking members to pray or post prayers for that intention, I decided to post the Divine Mercy Novena Prayers each day and allow members to state their own prayer intentions in a continuous, evolving open format.
