Identify this saint please!

I’m trying to find the name of a specific saint. She is a fairly recent/modern saint. She was a pregnant mother who was told that if she did not abort her child that the pregnancy would kill both her and her child. She chose to let God’s will be done, and both she and the baby survived. Some other things happened with her as well that I can’t recall. I think I heard Fr. Pablo Straub tell the story about her when he visited the SMM studio (see my sig.).

Does anyone know who this saint is? :confused: I’d love to know more about her.

The only one I can think of who is close to this description is St Gianna Beretta Molla, who did indeed fall pregant and chose to risk her own health in order to continue the pregnancy - but she died as a result, after the birth of her fourth child. She is a modern saint - died in 1962.

It is St. Gianna. I was recommended recommend reading her love letters to her husband.
