If a priest leaves the Church, are his sacraments still valid?

So here is a question that my mother asked and I honestly didn’t know the answer:

If a priest who was ordained by the Roman Catholic Church leaves the Catholic Church and becomes an Episcopalian priest, is his consecration of bread and wine still considered valid from the Roman perspective?
