If a Protestant believes something that contradicts fundamental beliefs, what will his Church do to him?

Scenario:

Suppose a Protestant starts to preaching a new doctrine. For example, if a Lutheran suddenly deny Consubstantiation.
 
Scenario:

Suppose a Protestant starts to preaching a new doctrine. For example, if a Lutheran suddenly deny Consubstantiation.
For clarity, Lutherans don’t teach consubstantiation. If you said the real and substantial presence of the body and blood, then in your scenario, TU is correct.
